UK Regional Pandemic Plan : Mass Vaccination
London : The pandemic plan for the UK's West Essex NHS Trust area establishes ,Mass Vaccination Centres, determines figures for the numbers of people to be vaccinated per day and for how long, and also puts in place police control in the event of public disorder/crowd control etc.“ and as well as a transport plan.
The plan is apparently replicated in local authority /NHS trust areas throughout the UK.
It contains many of the elements of the secret French government mass vaccination plan, specifically, setting up special „mass vaccination centres“ with an emphasis on security.
The Essex County Council is to help draw up a "transport plan", presumably to bring people to the "mass vaccination center" by force „if required.“
The plan appears to implement at a regional level in the UK WHO and International Health Regulations guidelines mediated through the UK government in London.
