1 Year Old killed By Vaccine in Michigan, USA
My daughter took her youngest son Chris to the pediatrican for a 1 yr check. Chris is a special needs child.At 6 months he was given vaccines and within 24 hours began having serious seizures.
Friday, he came in with a fever, coughing and runny nose. The nurse by the peds orders came in without asking, without signatures,and gave him a flu shot, adding 5 other shots with it.
My daughter was so angry -- she asked why she did this, when she told them he was already sick and the serious reactions from his past vaccinations. She said" it was no big deal, its not going to hurt him."
NO SIGNATURE, NO DISCLAIMER. NO PERMISSION FOR AN ACTION TO WHICH THE PARENTS HAD ALREADY SAID NO. As of this morning, Chris was dead.
I AM MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE
I am on my way to Michigan by tomorrow and you know what,I want some sort of names, phones, attorneys and anyone we can find to sue this scum for what they have done.
I spoke to a hospital nurse today and she happens to have a special needs child herself and she said, "take names, get records".
This is all I am going to say besides how sorry I am and how sick I am how they have treated this family.

A medically induced wrongful death, such as this one, is worth at least a billion dollars. I hope the family gets every last dollar of that billion.

We need to stop bringing our children in to doctors except for broken bones and stitches and such. If we are aware of the pharma agenda, why do we go?? When the scales fell from my eyes and I understood that dr's have nothing to do with health...they don't even study it, I fired them all and never brought my kids in again. Dr's are only good for trauma care. We know this!
Veterinarians seem to have more concern about the well-being of dogs than this nurse and doctor have for children. Or is it that vets have more common sense and are more knowledgeable about vaccines? I took my puppy to the vet for a checkup and vaccination. He was sick, and the vet refused to vaccine him. Apparently, the vet did want to attack the dog’s immune system, which is what the vaccine would have done.
So sorry to hear about the child.
Hospitals and clinics categorically try to evade the truth in court cases, by writing a detailed record of what actually occurred in a separate record.
In our hospitals they're called "incident reports", but different facilities may call them by different names. Find out what the separate records are called at the clinic and have your Attorney subpoena those SPECIFIC documents for the court case!
That will clinch your case!
Anecdote!
So , assuming the case is true, it is at most a case of medical negligence, and not like you want to show proof that there are devils inside the vaccines or anything like that. The story tells The girl was already in a bad state when the vaccine was administered. It seems rushed to prove that the vaccines were the cause (although convenient if they plan to have a law suit, I guess)
Has anyone at all confirmed this story as legitimate? I can find no reputable new sources, obituary, etc. No location or doctor is named. Nothing. Without verifyable information it's just a faceless story on the internet. Tragic if true, but with the subject matter and no verifiable information it's suspect.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing that can be done. Congress has shielded vaccine manufacturers and medical professionals who administer them from any liability.
I am so sad and angry to read this story. i have been in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices all my life. I have a genetic bleeding disorder. I have seen this "know it all" attitude so many times. When I was kid thru the 80s,90% of my friends with hemophilia died of AIDS from "safe clotting factor" we later found they had been using blood from high risk donor pools to make this poison they gave us. Only a handful of the people I knew from that era are alive and those of us left are not well now. No amount of money can bring back a human life. I rest in knowing God sees all things and knows what was done and he knows their motives and will deal accordingly with those individuals responsible. This nurse and doctor also have to live with what they've done.
Something similar was done to me at the age of ten, and I was in and out of a coma for three weeks. It took me more than ten years to get my immune system back to normal. When are people going to wake up and learn to enforce that no means NO? This is a form of assault, and should be treated accordingly.
This is the saddest thing i have read yet.....
I truly hope they sue and end up getting BILLIONS for this!!

Why didn't she just take her child and left the doctors office? why did she let the nurse go ahead and give him the shots, if she didn't want her son to get it??? Sorry, but this is really weird

I am with Kanati, not sure if I believe it but......
There are bound to be some people and children that have a bad reaction to the vaccine. Some may just become ill, some may die. It being a child is just that much more painful. Was the child allergic to eggs? Was the child ever tested? Had the child ever eaten eggs? Did anyone know?
If it would have been me I would have snatched that baby up and knocked that nurse down.
It also adds more fuel to the fire for the whack jobs out there touting that H1N1 is a hoax, and convincing people not to get the vaccine because it is dangerous, has mercury, etc. whatever your paranoid delusion tells you.
There are risks with everything, starting with opening your eyes in the morning. I suggest some may need to stay in. The world is a big scary place.
This is just crazy. As many have said, IF (notice that it's a big if) this were true it would have been ALL OVER the news, and yet, not one story. IN ADDITION to the fact that it sounds to me that IF this were a true story then MOST of the blame should be on the parent. Unless she was strapped down to a chair with a gag in her mouth, she would have been able to STOP the nurse. I've questioned the nurses that come in to give my children their shots on more than one occasion and they've always been willing to answer any and all concerns AND they always say it is my choice. NO NURSE would give a shot if the mother was saying no because they know they'd be out of a job. This story has A LOT OF HOLES! ps: i DON'T give my children all vaccines. one of my children has bad reactions to them and they have always said to do what i think is right for my child. again, full of holes...
Dear Anecdote!and others writing in on this I am the grandmother of Christian Deon Smith ( a boy not a girl) who died Oct. 4th buried in Lansing, Michigan Oct. 9th, 2009 after he went for his 1 yr well check. His first shot was swine flu and the nurse did not ask any question of his parents. She also gave him 5 others with it. He died in 48 hours. The doctor was at the funeral in the back, grabbed my daughter as we walked out to the limo for the graveyard saying how sorry he was...another dr told my daughter they had a meeting and said, yes it was too much for him. Christian had an autospy and they took his brain out for vaccine testing........still want to defend the damn ignore doctors now ? Hundreds of children are dying and ignored by these vaccines perhaps you need to study. Baxter shipped out 72 kil of contaminated viles to 18 pharmacuticals. See what is happening in the Ukraine and other countries ? Perhaps because they filed lawsuits on criminal activity and biological warfare. But not Americans, oh no, we tolerate everything and anything. I had already been studying this issue long before his death. In 2007 there was an International swine fly conference, check it out and read their conference agenda including marital law, withholding of food and water and taking property which they are doing now in Canada and other countries. Additional comments about parenting going to the doctor. Example, one mom has two disabled children from vaccines. She did not take her child for his exam two weeks ago within one week the CA Health department sent her a letter as to her "non-compliance" and to make sure she gets him in for his vaccines"...the doctor was a Nazi and reported her....I have a form from the AMA they did for doctors to hand their patients now which would blackball them if they do not vaccinate no other doctor will take them it will be on the computers as it is already. One medical assistant was pregnant, refused the swine shot and still each appointment they demanded she take the shot, finally she told them< :" what part of the word NO, don't you understand ?"
You see, we are conditioned to this Matrix of the authority of the ( THEY ) "they said we had to do this or that"....doctors are gods and of course, they know it all ( actually more then 85% of doctors get their information from the pharmacutical companies.) so they do not read, research study or think after graduation, and here is another thing, they are trained to insult parents and patients into compliance.Like a cosmetic counter for women sets up poor lighting and bad mirors at the counter intentionally to make you look bad so they can insult you into shame to buy their products. And again, no one even asks what is in the things they put on their skin, in their bodies, on their bodies. Words you can not even pronounce. We are "conditioned to trust" when we were born with integrity and intuition to think and know, it is society and our schools and churches and people around us who destroy this free will and ability to listen within and know the truth. So, do not blame parents, shame parents or anything anymore. From the birth of a child ( THEY )come to your bedside and ( TELL YOU ) to sign birth certificates making your child a commodity for the banking system and create a strawman for greed and debt. When you get married ( YOU ) SEEK A LICENSE , WHY ? So you make the state a third party in a contract which gives ( THEM ) the right to own you, your property and your chattel ( children ) thus Child Services, the health department gestapos. Her grandchild died the day of your post and yet she were spending time on the internet posting comments? Sorry, but I doubt this story. I can't imagine a doctor giving ANY vaccine to a child with a fever - it's a clear contraindication and any first year medical student would know that. And giving a vaccine without signed permission? No doctor would blatantly set themselves up for a lawsuit in this way.
IF this story is true - did it ever occur to you that the child may have died of H1N1 and not the vaccine? The child was already sick with symtoms compatible with the flu and "special-needs" children were at the highest risk of all children for death from H1N1
People need to stop believing everything written on the internet. Perhaps the original poster could do a follow-up post with more info. or some proof to back up her story.
BTW - it's not true that vaccine manufacturers are "shielded" from any liability. People can file lawsuits through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program instead of suing manufacturers directly.
Hi all... its a sad indecent; no money can return what a mother lost so please don't do comparison of money. the whole medical system is sick because it runs on money and insurances rather than humanity; a person which can not afford the heavy insurance amounts will end up to bank corrupt if his health goes bad. An operation which takes $25000 here can be performed in $2500 in countries like India without any insurance and by far better doctors <as a majority of doctors here are form india/pakistan. I really look forward for someone will correct this system
