US Judge Rules Against Compulsory Vaccinations New Jersey,USA

New Jersey : Last month when we launched our website we posted this case in our Filed Case  section of our website. And now New Jersey US Court issues an injunction to stop it and to hold the the government and drug companies responsible for reactions.

A Preliminary Injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.

This comes after a federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines was filed in that court by Tim Vawter, pro se attorney, on July 31st with the federal government as defendant.

When the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will. It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights.

Vawter’s filings included a Complaint, and several pages of evidentiary Exhibits. Vawter’s legal papers have been written not only for filing in federal
court, but additionally so they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop forced vaccinations.

Vawter believes that as the truth of the dangers of flu vaccines continues to become known, banning the forced use of them will eventually succeed on a worldwide basis. He cautions people to avoid fear and keep themselves focused on the task of blocking forced vaccination. Preliminary Injunction will immediately halt mandatory vaccinations in the U.S.

The Court, having heard the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and read the papers in its support, states in the Preliminary Injunction that it appears the federal government has engaged in some amount of negligence with regards to failure to properly investigate the safety of the flu vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009-2010, and the evidence submitted does warrant a more thorough investigation into the safety of the flu vaccines.

The Court ordered that the government shall be forbidden from forcing any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice. The government will not allow any state or local government, or any party, to force any person to be required to take any influenza vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice.

U.S. government sued for gross negligence and violation of the Constitution

In his Cause of Action, Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by funding and promoting flu vaccines that are proven to be dangerous and manufactured with little oversight. The vaccines scheduled for use in late 2009 and 2010 contain heavy metals including thimerosal mercury, which have been proven to cause autism in children with lowered immune systems, and other dangerous and toxic ingredients.

The federal government has stated it will force these flu vaccines onto the American public against their will, under a document signed by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
 
He further charged that the vaccine makers stand to earn billions of dollars selling vaccines, and are already spending tens of millions advertising a “Phase 6 Pandemic” that the evidence shows does not really exist.

The federal government has not required the World Health Organization (WHO) to show evidence of such a pandemic. There has been no collection of facts, sworn testimony, witnesses being questioned, hearings being held, or lie detector tests being given when preposterous statements have been made.

The WHO declared a massive “Phase 6 Influenza Pandemic”, even though only a few hundred people worldwide had so far died of this swine flu virus, and
when far more people die each year of regular flu.

Vawter noted there is a preponderance of evidence to show that the federal government so poorly trained its employees that they eagerly agreed with the unsubstantiated claims of the WHO in the face of evidence to the contrary.

Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to
be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination.

It would also violate Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights by depriving people of liberty without due process of law.

Vawter charged that the federal government has engaged in gross negligence by failing to properly investigate factual evidence submitted by esteemed medical professions over many years which proves flu vaccines have caused serious damage to people.

The CDC has stated that thimerosal mercury is being used in the new flu vaccines being prepared.

The government has failed to investigate profiteering.. Billions of dollars in vaccine sales can cause organizations to falsify threats so as to cause unwarranted public hysteria leading to forced vaccinations.

The government is guilty of gross negligence because its employees failed to properly investigate the release of a case of live swine flu virus. One of the main companies the government deals with, Baxter Vaccines, was apparently involved in the transporting of live bird flu virus that was released on a public train earlier this year.

A lab technician with the Swiss National Center for Influenza in Geneva had traveled to Zurich to collect eight ampoules, five of which were filled with the H1N1 swine flu virus. However, failure of the dry ice in their container allowed pressure to build up, and the ampoules exploded as the train was pulling into a
station.

The highly reputable UK newspaper “the Telegraph” reported on July 2nd that flu vaccines tested on homeless people caused twenty-one of them to die.

Vawter charged there is a preponderance of evidence to show that government will not provide people being vaccinated with a list of the vaccine ingredients and possible negative side effects before they are vaccinated. Most of the public will not know this flu vaccine contains thimerosal mercury.

Vawter submitted an Order to force the government to publish vaccine ingredients and side effects, and to give this information to everyone who takes a flu vaccine, and do so at least 3 days prior to their vaccination. A denial of this order would violate Plaintiff’s rights to demand the government obey the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by requiring it to engage in freedom of speech. The First Amendment not only allows a citizen to have freedom of speech himself, but it allows a citizen to demand his government engage in freedom of speech when it is promoting the use of such as these vaccinations to the public.

The government proclamation stating a person cannot sue for any damages he receives from the flu vaccine, completely bypasses the congress and the court system in violation of the Seventh Amendment of the Constitution which grants the right to sue to recover for damages.

London: A 14 year-old schoolgirl from Coventry, UK, has died after being given a GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) jab as part of a government mandated immunisation programme.

Natalie Morton was a pupil at the Blue Coat Church of England School in Coventry, where she was given the human papilloma virus (HPV) jab yesterday. She was taken to Coventry University hospital, where she died at lunchtime.

Three other girls from the school are reported to have experienced possible side effects of dizziness and nausea after receiving the Cervarix jab, which was given to female pupils as part of a national immunisation programme against HPV

A letter to parents posted on the school's website by the headteacher, Dr Julie Roberts, said a girl had suffered a "rare but extreme reaction" after being given the vaccine.

Although the NHS said the drug underwent "rigorous safety testing" before being chosen for the programme.

But truth is Cervarix jab was licenced for use in September 2007 even though an examination of European Medicines Agency documents reveals that a study on its safety and effectiveness was not completed.

The EMEA document says that a study on humans -- as opposed to "experimental models -- was set to last another four years at the time it was recommended for a license.Source

Australia has began a nationwide vaccination drive for the H1N1 virus in an attempt to combat a possible outbreak of the disease.

The campaign, begun on Wednesday, is Australia's biggest mass vaccination and comes just a week after China became the first country to start using a vaccine to combat H1N1.

Australia's campaign will start with those most at risk in the pandemic, including health-care workers, pregnant women and the chronically ill.

Nicola Roxon, the country's health minister, said that 5.5 million doses of the vaccine have been delivered across the country, enough to vaccinate about 30 per cent of the population.

"While the new H1N1 virus causes a mild illness in most people, it can have a devastating hard edge," she said.

"It is important that people take this disease seriously and protect themselves and their families by getting vaccinated."

Vaccination safety concern

Many have expressed concern about the vaccine's safety and the vaccination itself is known to have some minor side effects, including mild nausea.

In preparation for the distinct possibility of a mandatory vaccination of the American public, a county in Minnesota will hold a mass vaccination drill today dubbed “Operation Big Shot.” County officials expect “300 volunteers to conduct the drill alongside about 200 health department staff members. They emphasized that staffers will not dispense actual vaccinations,” according to The Star Tribune. 

“Operation Big Shot is one of several training exercises health officials in Ramsey County conduct each year and was scheduled prior to the emergence of the H1N1 flu pandemic,” the newspaper adds. 

A number of sources have indicated the government may require mandatory vaccinations this autumn. “Nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a ‘potential pandemic flu’ which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernible reason other than to enrich the pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine,” Ron Paul wrote on June 24, 2009. 

According to the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, 42 states have mandatory vaccine policies. “Rampant conflicts of interest in the approval process has been the subject of several Congressional hearings, and a recent Congressional report concluded that the pharmaceutical industry has indeed exerted undue influence on mandatory vaccine legislation toward its own financial interests,” the AAPS notes. 

The UN’s WHO supports mandatory vaccinations. On July 13, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Alert suggested universally mandated vaccines are coming. 

“During a pandemic, it may be necessary to overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights,” states a 2005 WHO document. “Examples are the enforcement of quarantine (overruling individual freedom of movement), use of privately owned buildings for hospitals, off-license use of drugs, compulsory vaccination or implementation of emergency shifts in essential services. These decisions need a legal framework to ensure transparent assessment and justification of the measures that are being considered, and to ensure coherence with international legislation (International Health Regulations).” (Emphasis added.)

WHO “recommendations” are binding on all 194 member countries in case a pandemic emergency is declared under the 2005 International Health Regulations Act and April 2009 WHO pandemic plan.

In August, the WHO recommended a mandatory global vaccination. “The global pandemic vaccination program will begin somewhere around the end of September and last about two months. Many countries are in the process of acquiring from Baxter, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and other pharmaceutical companies enough doses of vaccine to vaccinate their entire population twice. They remain quiet about mandatory vaccination, simply saying they will make vaccination ‘available’ to all on a priority basis,” the Columbia Valley News reported.

“We hope that the whole world will have some access to the vaccine,” Marie-Paule Kieny, director of WHO’s Initiative for Vaccine Research, told the Washington Post today. “In some countries it will be possible to vaccinate the whole population and in some countries only 10 percent.” 

In the United States, any mandatory vaccination program will likely be the responsibility of the states. “Historically, the preservation of the public health has been the responsibility of state and local governments, and the authority to enact laws relevant to the protection of the public health derives from the state’s general police powers,” explains a CRS Report for Congress. “With respect to the preservation of the public health in cases of communicable disease outbreaks, these powers may include the institution of quarantine or the enactment of mandatory vaccination laws.”

Massachusetts recently passed the “Pandemic Response Bill.” It suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone “suspected” of being infected to submit to interrogations, “decontaminations” and vaccines, according to Mike Adams. “It’s also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel.”

In the last few weeks, states and municipalities around the country have mandated seasonal flu vaccinations for health care workers. In response, health care workers in New York are taking to the street in opposition. “Under what circumstances can government officials order mandatory vaccination? And could the general public be ordered to roll up their sleeves for injections, even if there might be side effects beyond a sore arm or mild fever? The concern in New York also comes as skepticism of vaccination in general seems to be on the rise,” Declan McCullagh writes for CBS News today. 

The drill in Minnesota is yet another indication the government is ramping up to vaccinate the entire population, either through a massive propaganda campaign and scare tactics now well underway through the corporate media, or through legal mandate backed up by the cops and the military.

What is the objective of the world authorities in destroying people’s health, both in industrialized countries and in the Third World? It is always difficult to presume the intentions of others, particularly when one is not close to them. And this is true in this instance. But there are certainly advantages for someone, somewhere, to so doggedly keep-up the campaign for vaccinations, by any and all means possible. They must profit someone, somewhere. One thing is certain. It is not to our advantage. In order to determine what these advantages are, and for whom, let us stop and look at the CONSEQUENCES of these massive vaccination programs and draw our own conclusions.

1. Vaccination is expensive and represents a cost of one billion dollars annually. It therefore benefits the industry; most notably, the multinational manufacturers. One sells the vaccines. The other then provides the arsenal of medications to respond to the numerous complications that follow. Their profits increase while our expenses go through the roof. To the point where we have simply had it up to here and are ready to accept the unacceptable, such as socialized medicine in the United States, for example.

2. Vaccination stimulates the immune system, the body’s defense mechanism. Repeated, vaccination exhausts the immune system. It gives a false sense of security and, in doing so, it opens the door wide to all kinds of illnesses. Notably, to those related to AIDS, which can only develop on ripe ground, where the immune system has been disturbed. It causes AIDS to explode. It ensures that the illness flourishes perpetually.

3. Vaccination leads to social violence and crime. What better way to destabilize a country than to disarm its inhabitants, and reinforce police and military control? The authorities subtly create situations of panic and fear among the population which, in turn, necessitate the reinforcement of “protection measures”, including forbidding citizens from owning weapons. The authorities then come across as saviours and strengthen their control. It is certain that, in order to impose a single world army, one must first disarm the citizens of every country. One must therefore create violence, if they are to achieve this disarmament, particularly in the United States where the right to bear arms is guaranteed by the Constitution.

4. Vaccination encourages medical dependence and reinforces belief in the inefficiency of the body. It creates people who need permanent assistance. It replaces the confidence one has in oneself with a blind confidence in others, outside ourselves. It leads to loss of personal dignity, in addition to making us financially dependent. It draws us into the vicious circle of sickness (fear – poverty – submission) and, in this way, ensures the submission of the herd so as to better dominate and exploit it. And then lead them to the abattoir. To slaughter.

Vaccination also encourages the moral and financial dependence of Third World countries. It perpetuates the social and economic control of Western countries over them.

5. Vaccination camouflages the real socio-political problems of poverty of some due to exploitation by others, and results in techno-scientific pseudo-solutions that are so complicated and sophisticated that patients cannot understand them. In addition, vaccination diverts funds which should be used to help improve living conditions, and channels them into the banks of the multinationals. It widens the gap between the dominant rich and the exploited poor.

6. Vaccination decimates populations. Drastically in Third World countries. Chronically in industrialized countries. In this regard, the former President of the World Bank, former Secretary of State in the United States, who ordered massive bombing of Vietnam, and member of the Expanded Program on Immunization, Robert McNamara, made some very interesting remarks. As reported by a French publication, “j’ai tout compris”, he was quoted as stating:

“One must take draconian measures of demographic reduction against the will of the populations. Reducing the birth rate has proved to be impossible or insufficient. One must therefore increase the mortality rate. How? By natural means. Famine and sickness.” (Translation)

7. Vaccination enables the selection of populations to be decimated. It facilitates targeted genocide.It permits one to kill people of a certain race, a certain group, a certain country. And to leave others untouched. In the name of health and well-being, of course.

Take Africa, for example. We have witnessed the almost total disappearance of certain groups. Some 50% dead, estimate the most optimistic. Some 70% dead, according to the less optimistic. As if by chance, many were in the same region, such as Zaire, Uganda, the extreme south of the Sudan. In 1967, at Marburg in Germany, seven researchers, working with green African monkeys, died of an unknown hemorrhagic fever. In 1969, also by chance, the same sickness killed one thousand people in Uganda. In 1976, a new unknown hemorrhagic fever killed in the south of Sudan. Then in Zaire.

It is obvious that Africa, particularly those countries in the center and to the south, contain fabulous resources that have always incited westerners to crush their inhabitants to take over their riches. 8. Vaccination serves as a form of experimentation, to test new products on a great sampling of a population. Under the guise of health and the well being of the population, people are vaccinated against a pseudo-epidemic with products that one wants to study. The vaccine of hepatitis B seems to be the choice of authorities to accomplish this goal. Yet, this vaccine is manufactured by a process of genetic manipulation. And it is much more dangerous than the traditional vaccine because it inoculates into the body cells that are foreign to its genetic code. Moreover; this vaccine is produced from virus cultivated on the ovaries of Chinese hamsters. One can only imagine what future generations will look like! But there is more. It is also reported to cause cancer of the liver. Despite all that, it enjoys great popularity among the authorities, who impose it first on all those who work in the health field, and then on the rest of the population.

That every vaccination had to be scrupulously applied to all. The silence was deafening. We all understood.

• In 1988, the Ambassador of Senegal gave a radio interview reporting on the ravages of AIDS in his country where entire villages were being decimated. A few years earlier, scientific and medical teams had come to vaccinate their inhabitants against hepatitis B.
  
• In 1978, a new vaccine was tested on homosexuals in New York. And in 1980, on those in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, and St-Louis. Officially, this “new vaccine” was against hepatitis B and, as we now know, it caused many of them to die from AIDS. It sounded the “official” beginning of the AIDS epidemic in 1981.
  

The vaccination program of homosexuals against hepatitis B was led by Saint W.H.O. and the National Institute of Health . There are reports of collaboration between these two organizations in 1970 to study the consequences of certain viruses and bacteria introduced to children during vaccination campaigns. In 1972, they transformed this study to focus on the viruses which provoked a drop in the immune mechanism.

Wolf Szmuness directed the anti-hepatitis B experiments undertaken in New York. He had very close links with the Blood Centre where he had his laboratory, the National Institute of Health, the National Cancer Institute, the FDA., the W.H.O., and the Schools of Public Health of Cornell, Yale, and Harvard.

In 1994 a vast vaccination campaign against hepatitis B was undertaken in Canada. It is both useless, dangerous and costly. And what for? Is there a hidden agenda? I note that the Province of Quebec is a particular target, over the course of three years.

- 1992: vaccination against meningitis
- 1993: re-vaccination against meningitis
- 1994: vaccination against hepatitis B.

I was there in 1993. It troubled me to see that it was aimed at a whole generation (1 to 20 years), in only one province. Since when do viruses respect borders, and specially provincial ones at that? The facts are:

- There was no epidemic, nor risk of one. Epidemiologists confirmed it.
- Not one but three different vaccines were administered, each in a designated area.
- Certain nurses were selected and trained to administer a special vaccine.
- All children were entered into a computerized data bank.
- The pressure to vaccinate the children was enormous. Schools were turned into clinics. Those who did not want to be vaccinated were pointed out and treated as social outcasts.
- Nurses chased down parents at home who did not want their pre-school children vaccinated.

I had a direct account of one of these kids. The mother did not want her child vaccinated The nurse who came to the house made her believe that it was compulsory. The mother gave in… The child is now handicapped: physically and mentally (paralyzed spastic).

- The vaccination cost $30 million.

Why was there such a murderous will. Like Native peoples, the people of Quebec are also a “bother”. They believe in their cultural identity and in sovereignty. What is more, Quebec with its Native territories, encompasses huge reservoirs of water which many a multinational have their eyes on. As an acquaintance of mine who sits on the California water management board said, “Water today is gold.” Could one think of a more appropriate biological weapon to possibly remove any impediments to accessing that resource?

9. Vaccinations permit epidemiological studies of populations to collect data on the resistance of different ethnic groups to different illnesses. It permits one to study the reactions of the immune systems of large numbers of the population to an antigen (virus, microbe) injected by vaccination. Should it be within the framework of the fight against an existing illness, or one that has been provoked.

• In 1987, certain American laboratories and the Department of Biotechnology of India signed an agreement authorizing the testing of genetically manufactured vaccines on the people of India. This agreement was met with fierce opposition because it gave access to epidemiological and immunity profiles of a population. This data is extremely important from a military standpoint. It is even more valuable because India has never experienced yellow fever. And, at time of writing this book, it had known only a handful case of AIDS. Over and above all that, the private American laboratories proposed to test products on the Indian population for which they had no right to test in the United States! And the Indian authorities acquiesced!
  

10. Vaccination is a biological weapon at the service of biological warfare. It permits the targeting of people of a certain race, and leaves the others who are close by more or less untouched. It makes it possible to intervene in the hereditary lineage of anyone selected. A new speciality is born. Genetic engineering. It is flourishing, enjoys much prestige, and is receiving substantial research hinds. The challenge is staggering. To find a vaccine which gives an illness against which we already have the vaccine! In this way, we would be able to send in troops who have already been vaccinated against the killer vaccine, which they would then spread among the enemy. It is absolutely crazy and insane!

Meanwhile, industrial theft is in full swing. Captain and biologist of the US Navy at Fort Detrick, Neil Levitt, reported the disappearance of 2.35 liters of an experimental vaccine. A dose sufficient to contaminate the entire world. Fort Detrick is a research laboratory which manufactures vaccines. It is located quite close to Washington, in Maryland, and it is attached to the National Cancer Institute at Bethesda, a suburb of the capital.

It is hardly astonishing that, in every major vaccination campaign, one finds the same tangled web. Government, the military, Saint W.H.O., financiers, researchers, laboratories, universities, the CIA, and the World Bank.

Let us not lose sight of the fact that:

Bachelot, a pharmacist, worked for Imperial Chemical Industries, elements of which were later absorbed into Zeneca, which fused with Astra to form the pharmacuetical giant Astra Zeneca.

Astra Zeneca has made millions from the controversial drug Gardasil due to patents it holds. Gardasil, a cervical-cancer vaccine, has been linked with death and injury in young girls and women. A recent CDC study found that the reporting of adverse events of Gardasil by doctors and patients of Gardasil is voluntary, leading to a considerable amount of underreporting.

The revelation that Bachelot worked for at least 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, and then airbrushed her employment from her official government CV, concealing her personal and financial links with the pharmaceutical industry, will fuel fears that the upcoming mass vaccination campaign in France against the "swine flu" is being motivated by pharmaceutical and financial interests.

Also, almost all the "experts" on key French government public health bodies recommending the "swine flu" jab such as Martin Danis and Veronique Dufor have links with the pharmaceutical industry, including companies Baxter, GSK, Novartis and Sanofi and Astra Zeneca as official documents reveal.Source

Bachelot requested advice from government legal experts on whether imposing a vaccination plan on the entire French population was legal and constitutional at the beginning of February 2009, about the same time as Baxter sent 72 kilos of vaccine material contaminated with the live bird flu virus, supplied by WHO, from its factory in Austria to 16 labs, nearly sparking a global bird flu pandemic according to The Times of India, and leading to a police investigation.

Bachelot appears to have sanctioned the creation in France in April of a "special crisis committee" that ultimately answers to WHO after WHO changed its definition of a pandemic from a severe flu to one that can be identified in two countries in the same WHO zone on April 27th in order, apparently, to justify a pandemic level 6 declaration in spite of the mildness of the "swine flu".

The swine flu caused only about 3000 deaths so far compared to the normal flu which results in 250,000 to 500,000 deaths a year according to WHO's own official figures.

Bachelot backed WHO's recommendation for mass vaccinations after a key meeting of WHO's vaccine advisory group attended by scores of executives from pharmaceutical companies such as Baxter and Novartis.

At the end of August, Bachelot circulated a confidential plan for the mass vaccination of the entire French population in special vaccine centers expressly excluding hspitals and GPs and expressly stating some should have security.

In addtion, she has sanctioned the imposition of military law measures in France on the grounds of a pandemic emergency level six.

In spite of the fact that the "swine flu" vaccine with adjuvants has not been tested as official EMEA documents state on pregnant women, an estimated 800,000 pregnant women in France are to be given the vaccine.

GSK and Novartis's "swine flu" vaccine contain the adjuvant squalene but in a strength a million times stronger than in the anthrax vaccines that caused the Golf War Syndrome, which made 180,000 US soldiers ill (25%) and a substance that was found by the US House of Representatives to be explicitly responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome and which was prohibited from use by a federal judge in 2004.

New York : As soon as swine flu vaccinations start next month, some people getting them will drop dead of heart attacks or strokes, some children will have seizures and some pregnant women will miscarry.

But those events will not necessarily have anything to do with the vaccine. That poses a public relations challenge for federal officials, who remember how sensational reports of deaths and illnesses derailed the large-scale flu vaccine drive of 1976.

This time they are making plans to respond rapidly to such events and to try to reassure a nervous public — and headline-hunting journalists — that the vaccine is not responsible.

Officials are particularly worried about spontaneous miscarriages, because they are urging pregnant women to be among the first to be vaccinated. Pregnant women are usually advised to get flu shots, because they and their fetuses are at high risk of flu complications, but this year the pressure is greater. Expectant mothers are normally advised to avoid drugs, alcohol and anything else that might affect a fetus.

In the opening days of the 1976 vaccination campaign, which eventually vaccinated 45 million Americans, three elderly Pittsburgh residents died soon after receiving their shots at the same clinic. Though scientists believe it was just a freakish coincidence, some news reports suggested the vaccine had killed them.

“Press frenzy was so intense it drew a televised rebuke from Walter Cronkite for sensationalizing coincidental happenings,” Dr. David J. Sencer, who was then the director of the C.D.C., wrote in 2006 reflections on the vaccination campaign.

Two months later, reports emerged of vaccine recipients suffering from Guillain-Barré syndrome, in which the body’s immune system attacks the nerves, leading to temporary or permanent paralysis and, in a few cases, death. That effectively ended the campaign, as officials suspended it to investigate. Experts still disagree over whether the vaccine caused cases to increase that year, and the C.D.C. will be on high alert for reports of it this year.

Guillain-Barré’s cause is unknown, though different studies have suggested it more often affects people who have had a flu shot, the flu itself, some bacterial infections — or even, according to Dr. Sencer’s paper, people who have been struck by lightning.

In any case, after the suspension, there was no reason to restart because the predicted swine flu epidemic never emerged.

That, experts emphasize, is the great difference between 1976 and 2009. The earlier virus apparently burned out the previous winter inside Fort Dix, N.J., before any vaccine was even made, while this pandemic H1N1 virus has already infected millions and, unchecked, will probably reach over two billion, according to the World Health Organization.

In 1976, getting flu shots into 45 million Americans was unprecedented. Now about 100 million get annual shots, and the government has ordered twice that many doses of swine flu vaccine.

Other changes since 1976 worry officials. The 24-hour cycle of news on television and the Internet did not then exist; public health officials now must be ready to respond to rumors (Or truth) instantly. In 1976, the C.D.C. did not hold news conferences, and it took it five days to respond to the Pittsburgh deaths, Dr. Fineberg said.

“Back then, it was a neat thing to have a fax machine and get out four pages a minute,” said Joe Quimby, a press officer for the disease centers. “Now, communications have to be multimodal. Turning on the three broadcast news outlets is not going to reach everybody any more.”

The agency now has a “war room” in its Atlanta headquarters and, since the pandemic began in April, has held news conferences, sometimes even daily, at which reporters from around the world ask questions by phone. They can be seen live on the agency’s Web site, and it has another Web site, flu.gov, devoted to the pandemic, as well as a constantly updated Facebook page and Twitter feed.

Complicating the challenge for officials, some experts argue, is that health news coverage has suffered since 1976.

Also, antivaccine activists(like us) are far more powerful now. Thirty-three years ago, vaccines were enthusiastically welcomed; many parents or grandparents still remembered children dead of smallpox, measles or polio. The minority opposing them were often followers of natural healing or traditional chiropractic beliefs.

In 1976, autism was not on the public’s mind, and the problem was still attributed to indifferent mothering. Vietnam veterans with chronic illnesses usually blamed Agent Orange, a defoliant.

It’s been said that “a sucker is born every minute,” but not even this aphorism could explain the hysteria that set in courtesy of swine flu alerts. With graphic images of the 1918 flu pandemic and Hispanics wearing face masks, American’s can’t seem to roll up their sleeves fast enough. With the cheap sales rhetoric of a late night infomercial, Big Pharma scum has risen to the top of the commercial vat with a “swine flu vaccine.”

Yet, nobody is asking the important questions;

“Is the swine flu a real threat?”

And,

“Is the swine flu vaccine safe?”

Americans, being bombarded by The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) public service announcements, are surrendering reason to fear. Hopefully I can restore it by writing articles like this one – but probably not. Oh well, I’d rather immerse myself in the autonomy that comes with writing than fielding ridiculous questions from the “Facebook friends” who want a cure for everything from toe fungus to erectile dysfunction. And besides, it’s inevitable that someone leaves endless messages on my cell phone asking if they should get the swine flu jab. So I might as well confront it now. It’s simple; keep your arm closely guarded and “think before your vaccinate.”

The swine flu isn’t a real threat. To understand why it isn’t, you have to look back to 1976. This was the last time the U.S. Government colluded with big Pharma to sell swine flu vaccines via fear tactics. The LA Times referred to it as the “swine flu debacle.”

Apparently, a dehydrated, stressed, and overworked U.S. soldier keeled over on a morning run. They discovered he had the flu. With sweeping generalizations, the media reported that he had the swine flu – a “strain similar to the virus believed to be the cause of the 1918 pandemic.” Without considering the many complications that exacerbated his flu conditions and ultimately led to his unfortunate death, swine flu sissies cried for a vaccine.

Big Pharma’s marketing machine emerged and vaccines were hastily distributed. The CDC admitted that no single swine flu case was ever confirmed. Yet, it was confirmed that hundreds of patients suffered from the debilitating, neurological disorder known as Guillain-Barré syndrome as a direct result of being vaccinated.

It was later discovered that the fatigued soldier suffered from good ol’ fashioned flu and was overcome by pneumonia – complicated by the stress and workload that come with being in the military. The U.S government prevented patients from taking action against negligent pharmaceutical companies by offering indemnity to the manufacturers.

Today’s swine flu threat is being promoted with the same fuzzy generalizations that spurred the demand for vaccines in 1976. "The virus is still around and ready to explode," warned William Schaffner, an influenza expert (or pharmaceutical lapdog depending on how you look at it) at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. "We're potentially looking at a very big mess," he insists.

Yet, he provides no laboratory evidence whatsoever to back up his alarmist claims. In fact, as highlighted on the nationally syndicated Robert Scott Bell radio show (Google it), the World Health Organization (WHO) has issued a directive “to stop testing for the virus and just assume it's there based on symptoms” – so much for state-of-the-art testing methods. If swine flu were a real threat, surely we’d be testing for it.

Let’s pretend that history doesn’t repeat itself and that swine flu is real. Recent figures tell us that it has killed 1,100 people worldwide (but remember, no tests confirm it). What this really means is that 1,100 people have died from swine flu-like symptoms – probably just normal flu compounded by underlying complications.

This is hardly a global threat – or requirement for mass vaccination – considering that cholera (a dreaded waterborne bacteria of centuries past) kills tens of thousands per year worldwide! But there’s no money in treating cholera, therefore you haven’t heard about it. The cure, as highlighted in The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM): better sanitation and the oh-so cheap salt water and sugar. Neither Big Pharma nor the U.S Government is attempting to save us from the little critter.

Even if swine flu were at large, AP medical writer Lauren Neerguard, concurs with me that “swine flu is no more a threat than normal flu.” But as a swine flu sissy, Lauren still urges for mass vaccination. Enter the U.S Government Bankroll.

The U.S federal government has now spent billions on “newer and safer” swine flu vaccines from manufacturers to share it for free among the states, who must then "try and get this into the arms of the targeted population as soon as possible.” Safety is assured, “We are testing it on 12,000 children!” Feel safer now?

Eager to reap huge profits, Novartis spokesman Eric Althoff told The Associated Press that “the vaccine will likely be on the market before the trial finishes.” Nice. Not everyone learns from history. Oh, wait. Just like in the 1976 non-flu pandemic, the U.S. government has given indemnity to vaccine manufacturers to shield them from surge of lawsuits that will come due to negative side effects.

The Health Protection Agency recently warned neurologists that, “They they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the [new] vaccine.” They reminded me that history repeats itself and physicians that, “More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu [in 1976].” Side-effects or not, vaccination isn’t the answer.

In my book, Over-The-Counter Natural Cures, I teach that the immune system is a labyrinth of molecular and cellular operations, always working in combination to protect the body from the myriad of threats that exist in the environment – bacterial, viral, and fungal. I also show that vaccines, poor living conditions and filthy sanitation (think 1918 flu pandemic) can weaken this natural intelligence and therefore tear down our “biological firewall.” This causes us to become more susceptible to infection.

With swine flu hysteria, it didn’t take long for me to realize that people are pretty damn gullible – enough to run out and buy “N95 grade” and "NIOSH Approved” protective face masks at the mention of “H1N1.” Few people “think before they vaccinate.” Don’t be gullible, be smart. Face masks look ridiculous, and so is the swine flu vaccine. Just say no to vaccination.

And now Washington health officials have temporarily suspended limits on the amount of mercury allowed in the upcoming H1N1 influenza vaccine for pregnant women and children younger than 3 years old.

The move comes after Health Secretary Mary Selecky was informed that the initial batches of vaccines against the swine flu may not include enough doses that were specially packaged without thimerosal, a mercury-containing preservative.

The preservative is controversial among some people who believe that it may be linked to autism and other childhood disorders.

Selecky said the suspension is designed to ensure that pregnant women and children have access to the vaccines, even though they may contain thimerosal.

The swine flu vaccines will be available in early October, while the seasonal flu vaccines are available now.

Baltimore : According to reports students of Towson University, Maryland in Biology course, Introduction to Ecology and Evolution, got shock of life when extra credit were being offered in return for getting this year’s influenza vaccine.

No word yet as to whether this will be done for the H1N1 vaccine as well, but this knowledge left me with a disturbed feeling regardless.

One, are students with legitimate concerns about getting the vaccine being put at an unfair disadvantage, and two, is undue pressure being put on them to do something that could have potentially long term health effects?

It turns out that the clinic on campus ran out of flu vaccines and students are asking for more time to get their injection. This begs the final question, are universities finding ways to get students vaccinated, not by making it mandatory and superseding exemptions, but by creating incentives so that students demand it?

Students are at their most gullible when a carreer is at stake.Its sounds more like "legal blackmail" - No Shots No Credit".

Berlin : Mass vaccinations in Germany are to start on October 19th with the first of 50 million doses of untested GlaxoSmithKline "swine flu" pandemrix vaccine with adjuvants, produced in Dresden, being administered to health care professionals, the police and fire brigade followed by pregnant women and young people.

German media reported that a 40-year-old man who participated in what appeared to be GSK clinical trials in Munich had severe side effects, but that his report was ignored by the doctor in charge of the "clinical trials," heightening fears thatr the clinical trials are just propaganda exercises.

Russia, WHO at odds over first H1N1 flu death

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The World Health Organization has reported Russia's first known death from the H1N1 swine flu virus but Russia said Thursday the report was based on unofficial information.

Russian officials earlier this week rejected comments by the head of Moscow's Virology Institute, Dmitry Lvov, who said a Russian woman had died from H1N1 after returning from Bulgaria, in what would be the country's first known death from the virus.

The WHO Wednesday listed Russia on its www.who.int Website as among 15 European countries that have registered deaths from the virus.

Russian state news agency RIA Novosti Thursday quoted a Health Ministry official as saying they were in contact with the WHO to "clarify the situation."

"In this case the WHO has drawn conclusions purely on the basis of information distributed in the public sphere," the unnamed official said.

Russian officials said the 46-year-old woman in question had tested positive for H1N1 but that she had been suffering from kidney disease and died from pneumonia.

Authorities say they have registered 381 cases of H1N1, but Lvov told Russian television the actual figure could be in the tens of thousands, raising concern over the government's readiness to address the pandemic.

The WHO office in Moscow said the official in charge of covering H1N1 was not available for comment. It was not immediately possible to confirm whether the WHO and the Russian authorities were referring to the same case.

65% of French nurses will refuse "swine flu" vaccine over safety concerns

Paris : According to a survey by the French national union of professionally qualified nurses (SNPI CFE-CGC), 65% of all nurses in France will refuse the "swine flu" vaccine over safety concerns.

The results of a survey of 4,107 nurses which was conducted on September 16th show that only 26% of French nurses will accept the H1N1 vaccine with a further 9% still undecided.

The protests of nurses appear to be impacting on the French Health Minister, who has indicated she might drop plans to give vaccines with adjuvants to pregnant women.

Thierry Amouroux, Secretary General of SNPI CFE-CGC, said that injecting 94 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine into the population as the French government plans to do poses a "public health problem" because the "swine flu" vaccine has been produced "rapidly in a weak regulatory framework with the undeniable presence of adjuvants."

He said that it was the duty of nurses to give proper information to the general public so that "everyone can make their own decision in full knowledge of the issue and with free and informed consent."

Seasonal Flu Shot May Increase H1N1 Risk : Unpublished Canadian Study

Toronto : An unpublished scientific study is raising questions about whether getting a seasonal flu shot raises the risk of contracting H1N1, but the evidence is unconfirmed and few have actually read the report.

"It appears to be that for people who got seasonal influenza vaccine last year, they were at greater risk of getting H1N1 disease this year," Dr. Donald Low, an infectious diseases expert at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital, told CTV News.

The study is based on research in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. Health organizations around the world are watching the results carefully, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.

It is difficult to speak about a study that has yet to be published, however, as this is an important issue involving the subject of seasonal influenza and the fast-moving global pandemic of 2009 H1N1 influenza it is important to note the scientists at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have not seen this effect in systems we have reviewed in the United States," spokesperson Joe Quimby told The Canadian Press in an email.

The study is still being peer reviewed in an unnamed journal, and it's not clear when it will be published.

It could change how health officials in Canada and around the world plan their responses to a potential swine flu outbreak.

As it stands, it appears that swine flu will likely "crowd out" all other flu viruses this fall, meaning Canadians are more likely to get the H1N1 virus. As such, some health officials wonder if a seasonal flu shot is still necessary.

Is it realistic, they say, to expect Canadians to head to flu clinics twice for two different vaccines, one for seasonal flu and one for swine flu? Young children might even be recommended to get four flu shots, since children usually need two flu vaccinations given a few weeks apart, to give their immature immune systems full protection. This year, they'd need to double up twice.

However, Ontario health officials tell CTV News that the province will provide a seasonal flu vaccination in the next few weeks for anyone aged 65 or older. An announcement is expected Thursday.

Officials also say they will provide H1N1 shots for high-risk groups -- including pregnant women, children and health workers -- in November. Then, the rest of Ontario's population can be vaccinated.

In Quebec, health officials say they're putting the seasonal flu shot program on standby.

"For the moment, it's on hold," said Karine White, a media relations liaison with the Ministry of Health and Social Services in Quebec told The Canadian Press.

Delaying the seasonal flu shot program would allow health workers to concentrate on getting swine flu vaccine into the arms of those who most at risk of complications from swine flu.

Another option would be a more limited seasonal flu shot campaign, one that would target seniors and those with weakened immune systems, who are traditionally at highest risk of seasonal flu, but allow younger Canadians to skip it.

A third option would be to scrap the seasonal flu program altogether."All that is being studied now. But it should be decided rapidly," White told the Montreal Gazette.

She added that the decision will affect all Canadians: "It's not like Quebec won't vaccinate and Ontario will. It will be a pan-Canadian decision."

Provincial plans

Most provinces had planned to go ahead with their seasonal flu vaccination programs this October, as scheduled. Swine flu vaccination programs likely wouldn't begin until mid-November, the earliest that the vaccine manufacturer will have it ready, tested and approved.

But infectious disease expert Dr. Neil Rau wonders whether having two vaccine programs will confuse patients, who might wonder about which shot they need and which shots they've already gotten. He says holding off on seasonal flu vaccines might be the best way to go.

"I think the people in Quebec are making a good decision because if you start going after seasonal and swine flu all at once, you end up giving -- especially kids -- a huge number of needles," Rau told CTV News Channel Wednesday.

"I have a feeling that all of Canada is going to go this way and maybe other countries will do the same."

Meanwhile, there are still worries that the swine flu vaccination program won't be effective, since the vaccine is expected to arrive at clinics and doctors' offices after the flu's long-discussed "second wave" has already peaked. Swine flu activity is already picking up again in the southern United States and parts of Canada, including Vancouver Island.

And, it's still not certain whether seasonal flu viruses will continue to be "crowded out" by swine flu. While World Health Organization laboratories report they are not receiving many reports of seasonal flu infections, it may be too soon to say whether that will remain the case.

The dilemma of whether to advise Canadians to get two flu shots will likely take care of itself by next year. Flu experts who advise the World Health Organization are now urging vaccine manufacturers in the Southern Hemisphere to drop one of the older strains of flu from the seasonal flu vaccine for next year's winter, to include the new swine flu pandemic H1N1 strain.

Manufacturers in the Northern Hemisphere would likely follow suit, depending on the flu activity by then.Source
